Trace type:

Limit of detection: May be blank (instrumental default) or an integer from 0 to 99.

% Mutation-Containing Cells:

Tumor percent must be an integer from 0 to 99.

Separate traces:

When trace type is Sanger, separate traces are not used.

Dispensation:

When trace type is Sanger, dispensation is not used.

When trace is Pyro:

Dispensation must be at least 4 characters long.
It must contain at least one each of G, A, T, and C.
It may not contain characters other than G, A, T, and C.

Sequences:

Pyro sequences may be up to 50 characters, and Sanger sequences may be up to 1000 characters.
Extra characters will be truncated when the form is submitted.

Sequences may contain only the letters G, A, T, and C.

At least one sequence other than wild must be entered.

When trace type is Pyro,

Only the first eight sequences will be used.
Each sequence may be up to 50 characters.
If separate traces are requested, each sequence may have its own color.

When trace type is Sanger,

All 20 sequences may be used.
Each sequence may be up to 1000 characters.
Color will not be used.

Mutant percent must be an integer from 1 to 100.
